The Restaurant Server provides exceptional guest experiences by delivering friendly, personalized service in the hotel’s restaurant.

Responsibilities include serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and promoting other hotel services. The role requires adherence to health, safety, and security standards to ensure a positive experience for guests, team members, and the community.

• Greet guests warmly and maintain guest privacy at all times.
• Accurately process orders to ensure proper preparation and timely service.
• Prepare and present guest checks, including itemized meal costs and sales tax.
• Maintain high standards of service quality, cleanliness, and table setting.
• Use persuasive selling techniques to upsell food and beverage items.
• Clear and reset tables between courses or after meals.
• Listen to guest requests or concerns and resolve them professionally.
• Promote other hotel services, such as guest rooms and events.
• Participate in pre- and post-shift meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned
