Special Shuttle Trips: You may sign up for special day trips into town to the grocery store, shopping, movies, the Landing and amusement parks in Human Resources. These trips are only offered on specific dates, find these dates by contacting Human Resources.

Housing Deposit Required
A Housing Deposit of $350 is due upon arrival.
$200 of the deposit is refundable if the housing is left in the condition it was given.
$50 is a one time laundry fee - nonrefundable.
$100 is a one-time admin fee - nonrefundable.
An inspection is to be scheduled before departure. Deposit may be forfeited if participants leave without the notice listed in the Housing Contract. Participants are required to vacate the housing within 72 hours of employment termination or ending employment early (quitting).

POSITION SUMMARY:
To ensure all guests are greeted in a friendly and courteous manner, handle all payment transactions, maximize guest satisfaction, and perform general duties as assigned by the Golf
Professional.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Handle all sales transactions made through the Golf Shop
- Maintain accurate records for the Golf Shop with special emphasis on retail/golf transactions
- Report stock levels of guest, retail, and office supplies to manager
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness for all areas within the Department
- Adhere to all rules and regulations established in standard operation procedure manual for Big Cedar Lodge
- Report all incidents of guest dissatisfaction to the manager
- Report all accidents/injuries that occur during the execution of Golf Shop business or on Big Cedar Lodge property through proper channels.
- Assist guests with the highest level of professionalism
- The Golf Shop Attendant will maintain accurate records with special emphasis on inventory control and sales records
- Have computer and inventory brand knowledge
- Have overall knowledge of the game of golf and in sales of related merchandise, golf clubs, balls, bags, gloves, etc.
Perform other duties as required
