Job prerequisites:

• Clear tables after guests leave and take tableware to the dish room
  Between settings promptly clean table tops, chairs and booths. Check the floor and clean as required. Reset and arrange the tabletop
• Return clean side plates, cups, and silverware to server stations
• Respond appropriately to guest requests. Communicate guest requests to the server immediately
• Deliver food to tables using pivot points
• Remove trash from all areas and transport to the main trash area
• Thank guests as they are leaving and consistently demonstrate good customer service skills
• Show flexibility in terms of your schedule to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant as directed by the restaurant manager or immediate supervisor.
• Maintain a high level of personal cleanliness
• Be a team player; Help out fellow employees when possible.
• Complete daily side work, before, during and at the end of each shift.
• Live the brand and be a brand ambassador; make decisions in the best interest of the
  business at all times
