Job Description

Line Cook :

Line Cooks are leaders in our kitchen and are responsible for fueling food passion to our staff. They are challenged to assist in creating feature dishes, educating the staff, and learning every station. Line Cooks must accurately and efficiently cook meats, fish, vegetables, soups, and other hot food products, as well as prepare and portion food products prior to cooking. They also perform other duties in the areas of food and final plate preparation, including plating and garnishing of cooked items and preparing appropriate garnishes for all plates. Dishwasher :

The Dishwasher at Crooked Hammock is responsible for washing & cleaning tableware, pots, pans, and cooking equipment. This person will execute daily maintenance and deep cleaning of facilities, focused on keeping the dish room & equipment clean and organized. Must Enjoy the Ride!
