POSITION SUMMARY: Our restaurant team members are the key to delivering great guest service and ensuring that they provide a memorable experience, from greeting to departure.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet guests promptly and courteously, reviews specials and menu options.
• Service of food and/or beverage to include the order-taking, delivery and clearing of any food and/or beverage items.
• Maintain service station, before, during and after shift to ensure proper set-up and cleanliness.
• Takes the order and inputs the order into the micros computer. Confirm ready orders for accuracy, then run them from kitchen to guest, as part of team service. Before departing table, ensure that guests have their complete orders, cooked to their satisfaction and all their required items are delivered.
• Ensure Guest satisfaction throughout the meal service, including drink refills, pre-bussing and removal of empty plates.
• Completes payment transactions and thanks guests for coming in. Abide by all state, federal regulations and restaurant liquor policies pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests.
• Promotes coffee consumption by educating customers; selling coffee and coffee grinding and brewing equipment, accessories, and supplies; preparing and serving a variety of coffee drinks, breakfast items, along with pastries and cookies.
• Practice safe working conditions under the Occupational Safety and Health Administration guidelines to include blood borne pathogens and property Health Plan.
• Keep pool deck clean from spills and trash.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards.
• Assist Chill Bar when needed to deliver food or drinks.(ABC license required)
• Distribute pool towels to guests and maintain towel inventory.
• Maintain assurance of all pool and slide rules.
• Perform additional duties as requested by management.
