Job Description & Requirements:
Station Management: Set up and stock assigned stations with necessary supplies before and during service.
Food Preparation: Chop vegetables, butcher meat, and measure ingredients.
Cooking & Service: Cook menu items according to recipes and station requirements, ensuring quality, proper portioning, and timely delivery.
Sanitation: Maintain a clean, organized work area, including cleaning equipment, surfaces, and complying with health and safety regulations.
