The Tolls Attendant is responsible for all aspects of the toll booth operation, to include safety, friendliness, cleanliness and line speed within assigned areas.

Summary of Major Duties & Responsibilities

 Greet guests and initiate friendly interaction. Provide guest excellence, which exceeds expectations, answers questions, and provides park information.
 Effectively use empowerment to ensure Dollywood’s 100% Satisfaction Guarantee policy is implemented.
 Effectively perform in the role of Tolls Attendant to include (but not limited to):
o Accurately selling parking tickets and processing online sales.
o Efficiently process cash and credit card transactions in accordance with accounting
procedures.

Park Labor Pool Team Member
Merchandise, Attractions, and Food Services
Summary: As a Labor Pool Team Member, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences by supporting multiple departments, including Attractions, Merchandise, and Food Services, as operational needs arise. This flexible and dynamic role involves assisting guests, maintaining safety and cleanliness standards, and ensuring the smooth operation of various park functions.
Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, the flexibility to work in various roles and departments as needed, and the ability to maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment. A commitment to safety, adherence to park policies, and a positive attitude toward guest service are essential. Applicants must be able to perform the physical demands of the role, and obtain necessary certifications, such as an American Heart Association Basic Life Saving Certification, if required.
