• Assist guests with merchandise selections and provide welcoming retail customer service.

• Stock, organize, fold, display, and replenish merchandise throughout the work area.
• Maintain an orderly, attractive, and clean retail environment.

Merchandise / Games

• Operate assigned games and explain game rules clearly to guests.
• Process game transactions, distribute prizes, and maintain accurate prize displays.
• Encourage guest participation in a friendly and professional manner.
• Keep the game station, equipment, and surrounding area organized and clean.

• Greet guests and assist with photo experiences at assigned park locations or attractions.
• Capture or process guest photos using assigned camera and photo systems.
• Present photo products, assist with selections, and complete sales transactions as assigned.
• Maintain photo equipment, displays, counters, and work areas in good order.

Merchandise / Rentals

• Assist guests with rental transactions and explain basic rental, return, and use procedures.
• Organize, inspect, issue, and receive rental items or equipment assigned to the location.
• Operate point-of-sale equipment and provide directions or general guest assistance.
• Keep rental equipment and the service area clean, organized, and ready for use.

Operation (Attractions, House&Grounds, Lot, Tickets)

Attractions

• Welcome guests and support safe, efficient operation of assigned rides or attractions.
• Assist with guest loading and unloading, queue organization, and attraction entry procedures.
• Communicate safety instructions and follow required attraction operating procedures.
• Monitor assigned areas, answer guest questions, and maintain cleanliness around the attraction.

House & Grounds

• Help maintain clean, attractive guest areas throughout the park.
• Sweep, collect trash, clean spills, and service assigned common areas or restrooms as directed.
• Restock basic cleaning or restroom supplies and report maintenance concerns.
• Provide courteous guest assistance while maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.

Tickets

• Assist guests with ticket purchases, ticket questions, and entry-related transactions.
• Operate ticketing or point-of-sale systems and handle payments as assigned.
• Provide clear park information and help resolve basic ticketing questions.
• Maintain an organized, efficient, and welcoming ticket service area.
