- Washing all dishes, pots and pans by hand or using a dishwasher.
- Cleaning responsibilities including floors, counters, ovens, and other areas of the kitchen.

- Assist the cooks as needed
- Standing on your feet throughout entire shift
- Working in both hot and cold temperatures.
- Be willing to work in any area of the resort as needed.
