Line Cook 

Our Line Cook II will participate in resort culinary activities, including hot and cold food preparation, vegetable and meat processing/fabrication, ala carte Hot line with tickets, banquet cooking, brick oven cooking, merchandise handling, ware washing, and cleanliness and sanitation procedures.

Runner/Busser

The Restaurant Runner and Busser is to provide an excellent dining experience for our guests through proper steps of service and maintain a great work environment for our fellow hosts and vendors. Deliver food from kitchen to diners. This is to be done in a manner consistent with The Dollywood Company’s Mission and Values.

Room Attendant

• Clean and tidy guest rooms according to hotel standards
• Change bed linens and replace towels and amenities
• Ensure rooms are ready before guest check-in

Public Space Attendant

• Clean and maintain public areas such as lobbies, restrooms, and hallways

Banquet

• Set up banquet rooms for events (tables, chairs, decorations)
• Serve food and beverages during events
• Assist in setting up and tearing down event equipment
