Job Description

Assist with various kitchen duties, including dishwashing, cleaning, and basic food preparation. Your responsibilities include keeping the kitchen clean and organized, ensuring utensils and cookware are properly sanitized, and providing support to the kitchen staff as needed.

Main duties involve unloading dishes, glassware, and cutlery brought by bussers, loading them into dish trays, and using commercial dishwashers for automatic cleaning. Larger items,
such as pots and pans that do not fit in the machine, must be washed by hand in very hot, soapy water. You will place cleaned items in their proper storage areas and maintain sanitary conditions throughout the workspace.
