Job prerequisites:
- Must have Upper-Intermediate English for back-of-the-house positions or Advanced for all front-of-the-house positions.
- Ability to stand for the entire shift.
- Good health and ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
- Attention to detail for both back and front of the house duties.
- Flexibility and understanding that the Host Company will decide which position/station you will work based on your abilities and business needs.
- Works well in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to “keep busy” when times of the day are slow (maintain stations, side work, etc)
- Eager to provide exceptional customer service!

Job description:
Position Overview: We are looking for dependable and hardworking restaurant workers to join our team. Restaurant workers support daily operations by assisting in food preparation, serving customers, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a welcoming dining experience. Accepting Restaurant Worker position, you will be placed as a Host/Cashier or Kitchen staff.
Kitchen position requires flexibility; you will be moved around into various areas within the restaurant based on the Host Company’s needs/your abilities, and skills. Duties include but are not limited to: learning menu, preparing food (cutting veggies, cooking/preparing pizzas, sandwiches, other menu items), washing dishes, fryer station, cleaning, and ensuring all food is being prepared properly.
Host/Cashier positions require monitoring the open dining sections of the restaurant for empty and cleaned tables, cleaning tables, seating customers, answering the phone, learning how to use POS system, taking to-go orders, bringing glass racks and bus pans to the kitchen to be cleaned, taking out trash, stocking tables, ensuring bathrooms are cleaned and stocked, and other requests from management. Must be ready to stand for long shifts. You will also have to learn how to use tablets for dining room seating, taking orders with GrubHub, DoorDash, or Uber Eats.
