Job description:

Finelli Pizzeria is seeking dependable seasonal kitchen team members for the busy season in Ellsworth, Maine. Team members help prepare food, keep the kitchen clean and organized, and support fast, accurate service.
Prepare ingredients and menu items according to the restaurant’s recipes, portion standards, and food-safety procedures. Assist with pizza, sandwich, and general kitchen preparation as assigned and within the worker’s training. Read kitchen tickets, communicate with coworkers, and help complete orders accurately and on time. Wash dishes, utensils, pans, and food-preparation equipment. Clean and sanitize work surfaces, floors, storage areas, and kitchen equipment. Stock ingredients and supplies; rotate food properly and report low inventory or quality concerns. Follow supervisor instructions and all workplace, hygiene, and safety rules. Help other team members during busy periods and complete reasonable kitchen duties as assigned.
