Counter Attendant:

Count customer winnings from the arcade games and video pokers and issue vouchers or post to their account. Provide merchandise to customers who are purchasing items. Gateway has a big storage facility where the employees must locate and retrieve the desired merchandise.

Participants will be in constant contact with customers and that is why excellent knowledge of
English is a necessity. You must be able to work under stress and still maintain good spirits. A
friendly and outgoing personality is required.

Floor Attendant:

This is a fast-paced job that requires the ability to work quickly and interact with the public during the entire shift. An outgoing and friendly personality is required. Floor Attendants must be comfortable working with American money and have good math skills. They must wear a money apron and make change for the customers as needed. They must fill the slot and poker machines with tickets and tokens. They must fix very minor problems with the machines such as quarter jams and token/ticket jams. The employees are also required to keep the area and machines clean.

More importantly is for the employees to act as an ambassador to the customers. Our customers play the machines as a social experience and most of them prefer to engage in conversation for the majority of the time they are playing. The employees need to engage the customers in conversation while taking care of the basics of their job.
