Prep Cook: A Cook plans, prepares, and cooks food items to ensure the highest quality service and experience for customers.

Server Assistant:

• Assist servers with setting and clearing tables.
• Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen/bar to guests.
• Refill water and assist guests with basic requests.
• Clear used dishes, glasses, and utensils from tables.
• Keep tables and the dining area clean and organized.
• Help prepare and reset tables for new guests.
• Assist with restocking dishes, silverware, napkins, and other supplies.
• Support servers and other restaurant staff during busy hours.
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards.
• Provide friendly and professional service to guests.
