Job Description
Buffet Attendant / Server:
-
Set up, restock, and maintain buffet and service stations throughout service hours.

Ensure food presentation meets company and safety standards.

Monitor food temperatures and replace dishes as needed.

Assist guests courteously and promptly with any requests.
-
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining and service areas.
-
Clear tables, remove used dishes, and reset dining areas as needed.
Baker / Kitchen Prep:
-
Prepare, bake, and finish breads, pastries, or desserts according to recipes and production schedules.

Measure, mix, and prepare ingredients for baked goods or menu items.
-
Label, date, and store food properly in accordance with health and safety standards.

Assist with daily food prep such as chopping, portioning, and assembling dishes.

Support kitchen operations by following safe food handling and sanitation procedures.
Cashier / Customer Service:
-
Operate POS (Point of Sale) system accurately and handle cash, credit, or debit transactions.

Greet guests with professionalism and a positive attitude.
-
Answer menu questions and assist with orders or payments.
-
Balance cash drawer and ensure accuracy of all transactions.
BOH (Dish / Kitchen Support):
-
Wash dishes, utensils, pots, and pans efficiently and maintain dish area cleanliness.

Take out trash and recycling; maintain a clean, organized kitchen and storage area.
-
Assist with deliveries and inventory management.
-
Support cooks and kitchen staff as needed during peak service times.
