*3 meals served daily (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) are provided for $115 per week to participants. Participation in the meal plan is mandatory. Meals are provided in the employee cafeterias, except at the JH Golf & Tennis Club, where employees cook their own meals and pay $17/day for their shared room in a housing unit w/kitchen.
**Jackson Hole Golf & Tennis Club: Double Occupancy room: $115/week. A refundable Security Deposit of $250 must be paid when securing housing.
Job Description
Retail Clerk
Retail Clerks will run the computer register and assist guests with their purchases. Employees are expected to be able to understand and speak excellent English.
Cashier duties include, but are not limited to, taking guest payment, making change, working on a computer, greeting guests, and other duties as assigned.
Retail clerks will also maintain a good stock of product and replenish shelves when needed. Basic cleaning duties include sweeping, dusting and organizing store. Participants must be able to consistently lift 15 pounds (7 kilos). Participants should be familiar with US currency.

Public Areas Attendant
The Public Areas Attendant is a housekeeper for all common areas of the golf club house. This position is responsible for maintaining a clean and presentable appearance of the facilities including facilities located both indoors and outdoors.
This positions is specifically responsible for the cleanliness of the lobby, lounge, public restrooms (including toilets), restaurant, shops, and offices.
Participants will be using cleaning chemicals in this position. Compensation does not include housing/meals. Competitive wages. Benefits include golf
privileges and tennis court usage on a space available basis, as well as discounts on goods and activities at Grand Teton Lodge Company and Jackson Hole Golf and Tennis Club.

Server assistant/ busser
Job duties:
- Attend pre-shift meetings, make notes of items being served as the specials and any other information important to the dining room
- Greet guests by offering a warm, heartfelt welcome to the dining room
- Clean and reset tables/counters
- Assist server with all beverage service
- Refill all beverages when appropriate
- Ensure prompt accurate service with anticipation and compliance of all guests and server needs
- Give every guest a fond farewell, thanking them for their business and inviting them to come dine again
- Be able to operate the takeout food and beverage area
- Be able to operate, maintain, and clean dessert station
- Assist in the opening procedures of the dining room
- Complete all assigned pre-shift side duties to ensure that the dining room is set and ready to go 15 minutes prior to opening
- Complete all assigned post function side duties
- Assist in dining room closing procedures
- Perform Busperson duties in accordance to Quality Standards
- Maintain a professional, well groomed appearance and pleasant demeanor
- Support Food and Beverage management initiatives

Laundromat/Showers Attendant
Job duties:
- Responsible for maintaining over-all cleanliness of Launderette and Showers, (i.e., washers, dryers, furniture, etc.)
- Assist guests in operating laundry machines.
- Greet guests, instruct them on proper use of equipment and take payment as necessary.
- Cash handling and making change for guests
- Provide great Customer Service
Note: Participants will be using cleaning chemicals in this position. This is not an isolated position as participants will be in frequent contact with guests. Participants will not be doing laundry in this position.

Kitchen helper
Responsible for prep work and other areas in the kitchens. Prep work including knife work and small equipment. Serve meals in the employee cafeteria. Cleaning and organizing kitchens and walk-in coolers. Cook meals according to recipes and Management direction. Other duties as assigned by the Culinary Department. Employees perform strenuous repetitive tasks while standing for extended periods of time include heavy lifting. Must be able to lift 50 pounds (23 kilos).
Participants must be willing to handle raw meat and meat products including but not limited to beef, pork, seafood, and poultry in this position.

Housekeeper
This position is responsible for the daily cleaning of guest cabins and guest rooms as well as public area cleaning in the Lodge and Employee Village (bath house and restrooms ±including
toilets).
Work duties include making beds, changing sheets, cleaning bathrooms, scrubbing floors and vacuuming. Thoroughly cleaning and maintaining 8-12 guest rooms per day. Participants in this role will be frequently using and exposed to cleaning chemicals.
Participants will perform strenuous repetitive tasks while standing for extended periods of time.

Dishwasher
This Dishwasher position requires the flexibility to work varied shifts (including very late nights), weekends and holidays.
Dishwashers perform daily cleaning of dishes, pot sinks, silverware, glassware, garbage disposal areas, kitchen and food preparation equipment including pots and pans, and employee cafeteria kitchen and kitchen bathrooms. Cleaning dishes and cooking utensils will consist of hand washing and the use of commercial washing machine. Employees perform strenuous repetitive tasks while standing for extended periods of time. Participants must be willing to handle raw meat and meat products including but not limited to beef, pork, seafood, and poultry in this position. (gloves will be provided)

Host/Hostess
This position is responsible for controlling the flow of guests to maximize guest service. Must provide warm and friendly conversation and guest name recognition. Required to take reservations, provide accurate wait times and create seating charts. Must adhere to all brand service standards in assisting guests and always ensure the guests satisfaction.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Be extremely warm and friendly in greeting all guests.
- Maintain good eye contact and smile while interacting with guests.
- Check OpenTable for reservations made online
- Provide accurate wait times and seat guests according to reservations and the seating chart.
- Take reservations for future meal periods.
- Communicate effectively with guests, dining room team members, and kitchen staff.
- Help the bus and reset tables if needed and possible.
- Create seating charts for guest reservations.
- Perform side duties as assigned.
- Assist Dining Room members as needed.
- Perform any additional duties as assigned by management.

Job duties:

Restaurant Cashiers will run the register computer and assist guests with their food purchases. Participants are expected to be able to understand and speak excellent English and should be familiar with US currency.
Cashier duties include, but are not limited to, taking guest payment, making change, working on a computer, greeting guests, and other duties as assigned.
Participants must be able to consistently lift 15 pounds (7 kilograms). Participants must be 21 years old and be willing to handle alcoholic beverages in this position.

Employee Village Attendant
The Employee Village attendant will also create and lead recreational activities for all employees including fun events like volleyball/basketball tournaments, movie and game nights, and painting nights, etc.
For this reason, you should be an energetic extrovert who loves talking to people, making connections and getting everyone involved in having fun! Participants will perform repetitive tasks while standing for extended periods. Participants must be able to consistently lift 50 pounds (23 kilograms). Participants will be using cleaning chemicals. Performing daily cleaning of dishes, pot sinks, silverware, glassware, garbage disposal areas, kitchen and food preparation equipment including pots and pans, and employee cafeteria kitchen and kitchen bathrooms. Cleaning dishes and cooking utensils will consist of hand washing and the use of commercial washing machine.
Other duties include ensuring all restaurants have the right number of plates, glasses and silverware at all times, make sure all hand wash stations are stocked with towels, hand wash soap and sanitizer. Performing other duties as assigned by Management.
