Job description

Line Prep Cook-Learn the menu, follow kitchen manager directions, assist cooks with prep and dish execution, and help maintain kitchen cleanliness.

Salad Maker-Prepare cold and hot dishes, follow recipes and directions,
and assist with prep and plating. Must be a team player and able to multitask.

Hostess-Greet guests, manage reservations, guide customers to their tables, and assist with menus and seating arrangements. Help create a welcoming dining atmosphere.

Food Runner- Deliver food promptly from kitchen to tables, communicate with kitchen and service staff, and ensure orders are accurate and timely.

Busser-Clear and reset tables, assist servers, maintain dining area cleanliness, and support the front-of-house team.

Dishwasher-Work efficiently in a warm kitchen environment (around 28°C). Clean and return dishes to the cook’s line while keeping dish areas
organized.
