Housekeeping

Job Description:

• Performs all aspects of housekeeping to maintain guest rooms, meeting rooms, public common access areas at a motel/hotel.
• Clean rooms, public areas, stock and maintain carts and closets. Perform such duties as vacuuming, dusting, washing windows and cleaning bathrooms, including toilets, shower, sinks and floors.
• Laundry, fold, load and unload the washer and dryers. Replace light bulbs when needed.
• Make notes for maintenance staff of items in areas cleaned that need to be fixed or need attention.
• Provide excellent customer service by being familiar with each property and the area to help guests know what there is to see and do in the Black Hills area. Must be punctual and a team player. After proper training should be able to 1 room in 30 minutes or less.

Location:Students could work at any of the 4 properties. All properties are in close proximity to each other.
