Housekeeper

Join the team at a brand-new Holiday Inn Express hotel in the popular Wisconsin Dells/Lake Delton area! Housekeepers are responsible for keeping guest rooms and hotel areas clean, comfortable, and welcoming for guests. Duties include cleaning both stayover and checkout rooms, making beds, changing linens and towels, cleaning bathrooms and kitchens, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and restocking supplies. Housekeepers also help maintain common areas, public bathrooms, hallways, the pool area, parking lot, and outdoor areas, including taking out garbage. This is an active and physical position requiring standing, walking, bending, and working at a steady pace. Training is provided, and students will gain valuable U.S. hotel experience while working in a new and professional property in one of Wisconsin’s most popular tourist destinations.

Food and Beverage Attendant

The F&B Attendant will work as a Breakfast Attendant, helping provide hotel guests with a clean, welcoming, and enjoyable breakfast experience. Duties include preparing and setting up the breakfast area, keeping food and beverage stations stocked, monitoring food levels, and making sure the area remains clean and organized throughout breakfast hours. Students will welcome and assist guests, answer basic questions, clear tables, wash dishes, wipe and sanitize tables and counters, and help with general kitchen and breakfast-area cleaning. At the end of breakfast, duties include putting food and supplies away, cleaning equipment and surfaces, taking out garbage, and preparing the area for the next day. Students may also assist with other light housekeeping or hotel tasks when needed. This is a customer-service position in a busy hotel environment and requires a friendly attitude, good communication skills, reliability, and the ability to work efficiently during busy morning hours. The position is a good opportunity for students who enjoy interacting with international travelers and gaining experience in the U.S. hospitality industry.
