Housekeeper

Position Description:

Participants must appreciate hard work; enjoy working with and for others; take pride in a job well done; and be committed to providing first-class service to guests.

The work is highly customer oriented. Employees must be willing to do various cleaning jobs and must be willing to work on their feet all day. This is a great job for someone who likes to move around a lot and not stay in one place for their entire shift.

Housekeepers are responsible for the cleaning and maintenance of the Hotel guest rooms. This includes dusting, vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms, stripping and making beds, and removing trash. Once Housekeepers are fully trained, they would be expected to be able
to clean an entire room within a 30 minute time frame.

Housekeeper Aides

Position Description:

Housekeeping Aides are responsible for assisting the Housekeepers with removing dirty linens and trash from guest rooms and maybe asked to assist in cleaning public spaces of the resort.

Breakfast Attendant

Position Description:

The Buffet Attendant is responsible for preparing and serving the daily free breakfast bar, greeting each guest at breakfast and ensuring that guests are 100% satisfied.
