In this position you will:

• Create and capture fun experiences for guests.
• Present and offer image packages to guests.
• Provide exceptional guest service.
• Enter sales into POS system correctly and in a timely manner.
• Accurately collect payments and process transactions.
• Prepare daily paperwork and reports.
• Download, Edit, Print and Package photos.
• Other duties as requested.

Participants will be thoroughly trained and should not be intimidated by the level of direct guest contact. This is a job for people who are confident with their language skills and wish to improve upon them as they will be on the front line of our operation.

Hollywood Pictures has high standards of customer service. You will be expected to make sure you perform your job responsibilities as taught in training and according to company standards.

Required Duties:

• Download, Edit, Print and Package photos.
• Performing duties which require bending & reaching
• Standing for up to 8+ hours.
• Remaining calm in a hectic fast-paced atmosphere.
• Demonstrating a high level of organization attention-to-detail.
• Welcoming and thanking guests.
• Answering questions.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
• Other duties as assigned by the Supervisor/Manager.
