Hotel Attendant

Job Description: Primary Responsibilities- Housekeeping

• Room & Public Space Cleaning: Prepare, sanitize, and inspect guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas; change linens, make beds, and restock amenities.
• Laundry & Storage Management: Wash, dry, fold, and distribute towels and linens; keep cleaning carts, closets, and equipment organized and safe. No more than 15% of weekly hours will be spent on laundry duties.
• Property Care & Operations: Follow safety guidelines, report maintenance or damage issues promptly, and communicate room status effectively with management and guests.

Additional Hotel & Event Responsibilities

• Event Support & Beverage Service: Assist with setting up, breaking down, and organizing tables, decor, and equipment for events; serve drinks and maintain tidy beverage stations throughout functions.
• Breakfast Operations: Set up, monitor, replenish, clean, and reset the pastry-style breakfast area while following food safety standards.
• Facility Maintenance & Laundry: Clean, sanitize, and upkeep public spaces (lobbies, hallways, restrooms); wash, dry, fold, and stock linens and towels to support general housekeeping needs. No more than 15% of weekly hours will be spent on laundry duties.

Other duties as required by business needs.

Please Note: Cleaning chemicals will be used in this role.

Qualifications & Expectations

Experience & Work Ethic: Hospitality or customer service background preferred (not required); must be reliable, punctual, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Professionalism & Service: Maintains a clean, professional appearance and demonstrates a friendly, helpful attitude toward guests and team members.

Adaptability & Physical Ability: Comfortable with physical labor, adhering to safety/sanitation procedures, and assisting across various departments as needed.

Excellent English is required for this role.
