Line Cooks

Help create delicious meals and a positive dining experience by preparing menu items according to restaurant standards. Responsibilities include learning the menu, preparing basic dishes using established recipes, following the kitchen managers directions. Line Cooks also ensure that the kitchen, all food prep areas, and food storage areas meet cleanliness and safety standards. This role provides the opportunity to develop culinary, teamwork, and time management skills while contributing to an efficient and welcoming kitchen.

Servers

Help create a welcoming dining experience by preparing tables with attention to cleanliness and sanitation. Responsibilities include learning the menu and presenting it to the customers, assisting guests with food and beverage selections, taking orders, and providing helpful recommendations. Servers also check in with guests to ensure they are enjoying their meals and promptly address any concerns. Additional duties include presenting bills and processing payments. This role offers the opportunity to develop customer service skills, teamwork, and contribute to a positive guest experience. Other duties may be assigned by the manager as needed.
