I Scream Candy is looking for friendly, energetic, and customer-focused team members to join our candy and ice cream shop! As a Sales Associate/Cashier, you’ll provide excellent customer service while assisting with purchases, preparing sweet treats, and ensuring our shop is a fun, welcoming place to visit.

Responsibilities include:

• Greet and assist customers with a cheerful, outgoing attitude.
• Operate the cash register: scan items, process payments, and complete the end-of-day cash out process.
• Prepare and serve candy, ice cream, and other treats with care and attention to detail. Answer customer questions, resolve minor issues, and provide helpful recommendations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked work area. Work as part of a team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Cleaning, trash removal and maintaining general appearance of the store.
