Combo: Clear and reset tables, clean dining area and tables, wash dishes, pots, utensils, silverware, china, and glassware, etc., ensuring that Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and guest standards of cleanliness are met.
Cook: Cooks are responsible for the preparation and cooking of food products accurately and with minimal waste. Duties of this position include learning and applying all IHOP-specialized galley terminology, plating, menu items, and procedures according to company standards.
Host: Greet and seat guests promptly, cheerfully, and courteously. Make every effort to ensure the quality of the guest’s dining experience.
Server: The responsibilities of a Server in our restaurant are to greet guests, seat them down, help them with menu recommendations, take and deliver orders (carry trays), and clear tables. All our servers are also responsible for handling cash and credit card transactions.
