Responsibilities:
- Clean and prepare guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas.
- Make beds, change linens, and replace towels and toiletries.
- Vacuum, dust, mop floors, and sanitize surfaces.
- Restock housekeeping supplies and report maintenance issues.
- Ensure rooms meet cleanliness and quality standards.
Server
Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests and provide friendly customer service.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Serve meals and drinks in the dining area.
- Set up and clear tables before and after service.
- Process guest payments when required.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining room and assist with opening and closing duties.
