Discounted meal an hour before or after each shift.

Position will generally be $9/ hr but tipped positions may receive up to $19/hr on average.

Students will be assigned to their position upon arrival and may also be moved around to different departments throughout the season as needed.

Kitchen Help : works in a kitchen assisting the culinary team and Waitstaff to deliver excellent customer service to restaurant patrons.

Busser : Bus Persons are responsible for assisting the wait staff, bringing water to the tables, clearing tables, taking out the garbage, helping to set the tables in the dining area, bringing dishes back and forth from the kitchen and generally keeping the dining room clean.

Host/Hostess : Seats guests and manage the seating chart. Monitors restaurant activity to determine seating and dining flow. Responds to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner. Performs opening and closing duties, as needed.

Cook : plans, prepares, and cooks food items to ensure the highest quality service and experience for customers.

Physical Demands of Job: Will be required to stand extended periods of time, lift up to 25+ lbs, able to work with food and cleaning products.
