The first payment to IRH totaling $565 includes: $200 IRH Housing Security Deposit $165 First week's rent $125 Administrative fee (one-time) non-refundable $75 Laundry fee (one-time, unlimited use for entire stay) non-refundable To receive the full $200 security deposit refund, participants must: - Remain until the designated DS end date as stated in the employment contract with the Host employer, Lazarus Entertainment Group. - Provide at least 7 days¶notice to IRH. - Complete a satisfactory room inspection with the IRH Front Desk during office hours. - Return all IRH-issued linens. - Ensure all outstanding balances (rent, fines, fees, etc.) are paid in full. - Remain in good standing with the company by maintaining satisfactory performance, conduct, reliable attendance, and punctuality throughout employment.

Job Description

Food & Beverage employees are responsible for successfully obtaining and preparing guest’s orders.

  • Possess a working knowledge of the kitchen environment and operate all kitchen equipment in a safe manner.
  • Prepare food for sale while maintaining DHEC and ServSafe requirements for cleaning food service area. Operate a point of sale system for purchases. Receive payment for selected items and return change as necessary.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of operations receipts and maintain proper security measures over receipts, records and cash.
  • Learn menu and correct portion sizes.
  • Follow proper sanitation standards to keep a clean orderly work area.
  •  Stores food properly and safely.
  • Reports necessary equipment repair and maintenance to supervisor.
  • Completes food temperature checks before serving.
  • Greet guests, visitors and employees in a friendly and courteous manner.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, rules, regulations, standards, guidelines, expectations and requirements.
  • Ensure completion of work responsibilities and special projects in accordance with the designated timeframe, as determined by the reporting leader.
  • Provide reporting leader with feedback, ideas and suggestions on a timely consistent basis.

Completes other duties and tasks as assigned by management. Assist other departments if necessary, e.g. Aquatics, Food & Beverage, and Park Services. Job duties may vary. Able to lift at least 20 pounds Participants will be using cleaning chemicals.

Participants may be handling pork products.

Must complete training and pass a written exam.
