Job Description

Cashier 

Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and provide friendly, efficient service.

  • Take customer orders accurately and enter them into the POS system.

  • Process cash, card, and digital payments.

  • Answer menu questions and handle special requests.

  • Maintain a clean and organized counter and dining area.

  • Balance the cash drawer at the beginning and end of shifts.

Food Prep 

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare ingredients (chopping, slicing, portioning, assembling).

  • Follow food safety and sanitation standards.

  • Assist cooks with prepping items for daily service.

  • Properly label, store, and rotate food items.

  • Keep prep stations stocked, clean, and organized.

  • Follow recipes and portion guidelines accurately.

Dishwasher

Responsibilities:

  • Wash dishes, utensils, pots, and kitchen equipment.

  • Operate dishwashing machines and perform hand-washing as needed.

  • Maintain cleanliness in the dish area, kitchen, and garbage stations.

  • Empty trash and keep floors clean and safe.

  • Restock clean dishes and kitchen tools for staff use.

  • Assist with light cleaning and closing duties.

Food Runner 

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver food from the kitchen to guests quickly and accurately.

  • Check orders for accuracy and proper presentation.

  • Communicate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely service.

  • Assist with table clearing, water refills, and guest requests as needed.

  • Keep service stations stocked and organized.

  • Support overall dining room flow during busy times.
