Cashier
Responsibilities:

Greet customers and provide friendly, efficient service.

Take customer orders accurately and enter them into the POS system.

Process cash, card, and digital payments.

Answer menu questions and handle special requests.

Maintain a clean and organized counter and dining area.
-
Balance the cash drawer at the beginning and end of shifts.
Food Prep
Responsibilities:

Prepare ingredients (chopping, slicing, portioning, assembling).

Follow food safety and sanitation standards.
-
Assist cooks with prepping items for daily service.
-
Properly label, store, and rotate food items.
-
Keep prep stations stocked, clean, and organized.
-
Follow recipes and portion guidelines accurately.
Dishwasher
Responsibilities:

Wash dishes, utensils, pots, and kitchen equipment.
-
Operate dishwashing machines and perform hand-washing as needed.
-
Maintain cleanliness in the dish area, kitchen, and garbage stations.
-
Empty trash and keep floors clean and safe.
-
Restock clean dishes and kitchen tools for staff use.

Assist with light cleaning and closing duties.
Food Runner
Responsibilities:

Deliver food from the kitchen to guests quickly and accurately.
-
Check orders for accuracy and proper presentation.
-
Communicate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely service.

Assist with table clearing, water refills, and guest requests as needed.
-
Keep service stations stocked and organized.
-
Support overall dining room flow during busy times.
