• Deliver food to tables and ensure orders are served correctly.

• Clear used dishes, glasses, and utensils from tables.

• Reset tables for the next guests.

• Refill water and replenish table supplies as needed.

• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area and service stations.

• Support the service team to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

Host / Hostess

Job Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests upon arrival.

• Manage reservations and maintain the waiting list.

• Escort guests to their tables.

• Distribute menus and inform guests about waiting times.

• Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries.

• Coordinate seating arrangements with servers and restaurant management.

• Ensure the entrance and reception area are clean and organized.

• Provide a friendly first impression and excellent customer service.
