Job Description

Participants will perform duties of both a Service Crew and Cook.

Service Crews are responsible for cash register responsibilities. cleaning, cooking, sandwich preparation, and the opening and closing of the restaurant. Your employer may ask you to perform other duties related to your job type.

Cooks are responsible for preparing and cooking food orders per recipe guidelines. Cooks prepare batters, meat dishes and vegetables. Cooks provide back up to the line during busy hours, including restocking and maintaining workstations to assure plenty of product is always available. Cooks clean all workstations at the end of the day, sweeping and mopping of floors. Your employer may ask you to perform other duties related to your job type. Host will train on position expectations and standard.

There is a customer service appreciation bonus that participants are eligible for each week. The bonus averages over $2 per hour. Details will be explained upon arrival.

Other job duties as assigned and in accordance with business needs.

Due to health codes in Massachusetts participants cannot wear any jewelry including facial piercings or acrylic fake nails while working.

Participants will be using cleaning chemicals. Participants may be handling shellfish and pork products.
