DetailJob Description:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
- Set up and stock the cooking station before each shift (mise en place).
- Ensure food is cooked, plated, and served on time.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, equipment, and kitchen areas.
- Follow food safety and health regulations.
- Monitor food quality, freshness, and portion sizes.
- Work closely with chefs and other kitchen staff to ensure efficient service.
