Customer Associate

Working as a Customer Associate is a great job for someone who likes to talk to people and work in a job that will keep you busy all day. This is a fast paced job that requires the ability to work quickly and interact with the public during the entire shift. An outgoing and friendly personality is required.

Mariner’s Arcade employees act as an ambassador to the customers. Our customers play the Arcade Games as a social experience and many of them like to engage in conversation while they  are playing. The employees need to engage the customers in conversation while taking care of the basics of their job.

Part of your responsibility will be to count customer winnings from the arcade games  and issue vouchers for “points” or post “point” winnings to their account. You will also assist customers in picking out their prizes and provide merchandise to customers who are turning in their “points” for prizes. The use of a computer is required, so basic computer skills are necessary.

Employees will be in constant contact with customers and that is why excellent knowledge of English is a necessity. They will have to be able to work under stress and still maintain good spirits and a friendly personality.

Wildwood is a beach resort area that provides a lot of possibilities for both work and entertainment. Every year students from all over the world come here. The multi-international culture of the city can be seen in  its entertainment life and you can enjoy European theme days and parties as well as experience American festivals and events. Our employees have fun while earning money!

• Second jobs are permitted and there are many employers that are seeking employees who can work the day time shifts.
• Second jobs must not interfere with your schedule at Mariner’s Arcade. They are your primary employer and you should not expect them to arrange your schedule around the schedule of a second job.

Required Duties:

You must have advanced English and be able to work independently.

You will need to be self motivated and able to work with limited supervision.

Must be able to work on your feet throughout your shift and be standing for long periods of time.

Providing outstanding customer service with a friendly attitude and a smile is very important in this position.

Supplies Required:

Shirt will be provided by the employer. Employees must provide their own tan/khaki trousers or shorts and athletic shoes. No open toed shoes or sandals are permitted.
