Food Runner / Busser

Job Description:The Food Runner / Busser supports the front-of-house team by delivering food to guests, clearing tables, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring smooth service throughout the shift. This role is essential for keeping service fast, organized, and efficient.

Responsibilities include running food from the kitchen to guests, resetting tables, refilling water, maintaining ice supplies, cleaning and organizing dish areas, and assisting servers as needed. The ideal candidate is fast, attentive, and team oriented.

Line Cook

Job Description:Line Cook is responsible for preparing, cooking, and plating all ramen dishes, noodle bowls, specialty hot items and also appetizer. This role requires precise timing, consistent noodle preparation, proper broth handling, and mastery of stove/oven operations. The cook ensures high-quality, authentic ramen dishes by maintaining broth temperatures, controlling noodle texture, preparing toppings, and executing orders quickly during peak hours. This position also includes prep work, stock production, and strict adherence to food safety standards.

Skills Requirements

  •  Strong multitasking and timing skills.
  • Ability to cook noodles to precise texture and portion size.
  • Understanding broth chemistry (simmering, reduction, seasoning).
  • Knife skills for slicing meats, vegetables, and garnishes.
  • Ability to follow recipes and instructions exactly.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Strong sense of urgency during busy service.
