Detail

Job Position:

  • Great guests and answer questions.
  • Sell ticket packages and ring up sales on a cash register.
  • Take payment in the form of American currency and credit cards.
  • Keep the grounds clean, including sweeping walkways, emptying trash and cleaning all public areas.
  • Assist guests on and off ride.
  • Provide safety and ride instructions.
  • Collect tickets
  • Monitor ride and guest safety
  • Answer guest questions
  • Respond quickly to unusual situations during normal operation, including
  • power failure and/or operating system faults or shutdowns, and smoke alarms.
  • Handle minor complaints and suggestions from our guests in a calm and professional manner or seek additional assistance from supervisor if necessary.
