Park Services Attendant

Position Description: responsible for the overall cleanliness and sanitization of all buildings, facilities and grounds.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform all assigned tasks
• Ensure all areas of responsibility are cleaned and sanitized to standard
• Clean and sanitize all assigned restrooms
• Ensure all trash in assigned areas is pulled and maintained
• Ensure the grounds in assigned areas is clean and free of debris
• May utilize equipment such as pressure washer and blower
• Promote a healthy, safe, & hazard free workplace
• Keep department inventory levels at par
• Stock Park Services closets with inventory
• Ensure the park and RD&E areas are clean and ready prior to opening each day
• Other duties as assigned

Retail Team Member 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure highest level of Guest Service. Greet customers when they walk through the door.
• Ability to multi-task, while being attentive to customers and remaining flexible to the needs of the business.
• Stocking and Restocking of the floor in all OWA Retail locations.
• Ability to fulfill daily responsibilities and perform these accurately.
• Ensure the safety of all Guests and Team Members.
• Inspect all retail areas and ensure that they meet daily established presentation and safety standards.
• Ensure speed of service and quality of service.
• Good organizational and communication skills Must be a Team player
• Product knowledge
• Ring up customers and take payments. Must be able to handle money correctly.
• Performs other duties as assigned

Ride Operations Attendant

Position Description:

•  MUST be able to work weekends
• Ensure safe operation of ride by maintaining focus on ride area, Guests, and fellow attendants at all times.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Enforce and verbally communicate all Safety rules and regulations of the ride.
• Test and complete safety paperwork daily.
• Record ride capacity and cycles.
• Assist Guests in and out of rides as necessary.
• Keep ride, ride area, and booths clean.
• Friendly outgoing personality and interacting with Guests.
• Provide Guest Service according to company standards.
• Uphold and deliver all company and department values, policies and procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to react well under stressful and emergency situations.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Must be able to work in all weather conditions including extreme heat, cold, and rain.
