$120/week until 31st May (Memorial Day) and $200/week after 31st May, Average $135-145 per week (*Rates are subject to change)
Housing Deposit Required
$500 (Refundable)

The deposit will be paid by March and fully refundable in case of Visa denial.

Each landlord has its own deposit refund policy.



Deposits are refunded at the end of the season (if the lease agreement was respected)
after deducting potential fees inquired (ex: administrative, laundry, cleaning fee, etc.)
The refund will be processed after the departure of all tenants.

Job Description

Houseperson / Room Attendant

  • Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to hotel standards.
  • Make beds, change linens, replace towels, and replenish guest supplies.
  • Collect and deliver linens, towels, and cleaning supplies.
  • Assist housekeeping staff with daily tasks and respond to guest requests.
  • Keep housekeeping areas clean, organized, and well-stocked.
  • Report maintenance issues, lost items, or room concerns to the supervisor.
  • Provide friendly and professional service to guests.
