Job description:
As a valued Crew Member at Popeyes, you will work as part of a team to deliver excellent service and freshly prepared food to our guests. Crew Members rotate between different stations, gaining a wide range of experience in both customer service and kitchen operations.
Responsibilities
- Customer Service
- Greet and welcome customers with a friendly attitude.
- Operate the cash register and drive-thru window, handling American currency, credit cards, and online payments.
- Provide menu information and assist guests with their orders.
