Job Description

All Purpose Clerk: The All Purpose Clerk supports multiple store departments, rotating between Grocery, Deli,
Produce, Starbucks, Bakery, and Cashier workstations based on business needs. Clerks must follow all safety,
sanitation, accuracy, honesty, and integrity standards. Work may involve contact with pork products, alcohol, and cleaning chemicals used for sanitizing and mopping throughout all workstations.

An English level of Great is required for communication, customer service, and safety.

This is an All-purpose position and participants will be required to work in all store departments if needed.

Participants should be neat, clean and presentable for the work environment. Hair must be clean and styled. Personal cleanliness is very important. Maintain good hygiene, preventing unpleasant breath and body odor. Clothing should be clean, pressed and properly fitted. Tattoos must be covered and no excessive piercings or hair color.

Overtime must be approved by the Store Director.

Second jobs are permitted, please speak with District Manager before accepting employment anywhere else.

Since we are the primary employer and pay for 90% of the housing cost, we ask that you work with us on what shifts/days/times you are allowed to have a second job. Second jobs are not allowed at our Grocery Store competitors

$250.00 is due upon arrival.

The daily rent of $10 will be automatically deducted from paychecks.

Deposit is fully refunded if housing is left in the condition it was given.

An inspection is to be scheduled before departure.

Housing leases are secured for a period of time that matches each participant’s dates.

If there is any damage to your housing (hotel room or apartments), you will be responsible for paying the damage charges and it will be reported to Greenheart to be documented in your file.

Deposit may be forfeited if participants leave without the notice listed in the Housing Contract. Participants are required to vacate the housing within 72 hours of employment termination or ending employment early (quitting).

Participants will be housed at the Red Lion Hotel rooms for participants in shared, furnished, standard hotel rooms.

– The employer will take participants to the local Social Security office at least 10 days after their status is listed as Active in SEVIS. One trip will be scheduled early in the season for free and communicated directly to participants. The shift schedule will be coordinated for this trip. Details at onboarding. Participants should not go to the Social Security Office on their own.
