Job Description:

Front of House

• Greet guests and set a welcoming tone
• Answer questions about the venue, show, seating, amenities
• Handle guest concerns or complaints calmly and professionally
• Guide guests to seats or standing areas
• Manage late seating, re-seating, and accessibility needs

Back of House

• Set up, maintain, and strike equipment and scenery
• Support performers, technicians, and stage management
• Food prep and cooking according to recipes and standards
• Stocking, labeling, and storing ingredients properly
