Assist with preparation of foods in all stations. Properly execute as a member of the
line staff by working constantly and cohesively in a variety of cooking methods to assure
timeliness, efficiency, and product integrity; demonstrate exemplary work ethic, technique, and productivity as a team member, and assisting others when necessary
Server Assistant
Assist in food and beverage service in an efficient and timely manner to ensure an exceptional experience for all our guests and members. Promote the Sea Island
legacy of warm genuine hospitality while upholding and ensuring compliance with all
company and departmental policies and procedures.
Restaurant Attendant (Front of House)
Busser/Food Runner: Provide friendly, attentive and timely service to create an exceptional experience for all our guests and members. Bussers will clean and set tables, restock plates, or (at times) serve food. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Ability to answer questions guests might have regarding food being served
- Carry dirty dishes from dining room to kitchen
- Serve and refill water and other beverages as required
- Know the table numbers and seat numbers for all areas of the restaurant
- Be knowledgeable in food product, and food preparations.
Game Attendant
Provide friendly, attentive, and timely service to create an exceptional experience for all of our guests and members. Promote the Sea Island legacy of warm genuine hospitality. (Sea Strike Bowling Attendant)
Pool Attendant
- Greet guests pleasantly and verify they are authorized to use COR pool
- Ensure guests adhere to all posted safety rules
- Monitor and replenish pool towel supply
- Perform regular cleanup of towels, debris and personal belongings
- Learn the names and personally recognize guests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in work area
- Uphold appropriate departmental standards of quality and timing
- Report all equipment problems and maintenance issues, known safety hazards, or unsafe practices and procedures to supervisor immediately
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of current guest services, activities, dining options,
shops, local attractions, and historical information regarding Sea Island and the
surrounding area to answer any questions guests may have to the best of one’s ability
