Game Attendant

Restaurant Attendant (Front of House)

Busser/Food Runner: Provide friendly, attentive and timely service to create an exceptional experience for all our guests and members. Bussers will clean and set tables, restock plates, or (at times) serve food. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to:

•  Ability to answer questions guests might have regarding food being served
• Carry dirty dishes from dining room to kitchen
• Serve and refill water and other beverages as required
• Know the table numbers and seat numbers for all areas of the restaurant
• Be knowledgeable in food product, and food preparations.

Server Assistant

Assist in food and beverage service in an efficient and timely manner to ensure an exceptional experience for all our guests and members. Promote the Sea Island
legacy of warm genuine hospitality while upholding and ensuring compliance with all
company and departmental policies and procedures.

Cook

Assist with preparation of foods in all stations. Properly execute as a member of the
line staff by working constantly and cohesively in a variety of cooking methods to assure
timeliness, efficiency, and product integrity; demonstrate exemplary work ethic, technique, and productivity as a team member, and assisting others when necessary

Hotel/Resort Worker

WATERFRONT STEWARD: As a Waterfront Steward at Sea Island, you deliver
extraordinary guest experiences every day. You provide friendly, attentive, and timely
service, ensuring safe and inviting beach and pool areas that always meet our high
standards.

As a member of our Beach Club team, your primary responsibility is to provide personal
service to guests and members including equipment setup and towel and amenities
distribution. You will continually monitor and clean assigned beach, pool, lawn, and lounge
areas, ensuring all public spaces remain free of debris. You will also assist with events and
open/close procedures and collaborate with Beach Club staff for seamless guest service.

• Understanding and enforcing all beach club policies, rules and regulations.
• Monitor all pools and beach areas in the Beach Club, ensuring the safety of guests.
• Provide towel service and amenities, as needed by guests.
• Service all pools with towels and regular clean up.
• Clean beach area, pool areas and foot showers.
• Monitor and maintain pools (including cleaning and chemical monitoring), deck areas,
  beach, lawn and lounging areas for trash, soiled towels, glasses, personal items and other
  safety hazards.
• Provide personal service, such as erecting umbrellas and moving chaise lounges for beachgoers.
• Maintain all public areas of beach club facilities, including open walkways, restrooms,
  pool deck spaces.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in all work areas.
• Assist with water activities, as needed, including lifeguarding and water sports.

Common Area Attendant

Keep the Beach Club and its Outlets in a presentable, clean, tidy and safe atmosphere. To perform housekeeping duties according to department standards assigned by Supervisor. Promote the Sea Island legacy of warm genuine hospitality while upholding and ensuring compliance with all company and departmental policies and procedures. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Report to work on time, in proper uniform, and within the company’s grooming standards.
• Areas of housekeeping will be as follows but not limited to: Sea Strike, Beach Club, Common Areas, Restrooms, Wonderland, Snack Shack, Southern Tide, Ocean Room,
  Employee areas.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of current guest services, activities, dining options, shops, local attractions, and historical information regarding Sea Island and the surrounding area to answer any questions guests may have to the best of one’s ability.
• If applicable, complete a Guest Problem Resolutions (GPR) form on any issues (solved or unsolved issues) and follow-up on issues as needed (if computer access is not available give information to admin support)
• Maintains cleanliness and organization in all work areas

Pool Attendant

• Greet guests pleasantly and verify they are authorized to use COR pool
• Ensure guests adhere to all posted safety rules
• Monitor and replenish pool towel supply
• Perform regular cleanup of towels, debris and personal belongings
• Learn the names and personally recognize guests
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in work area
• Uphold appropriate departmental standards of quality and timing
• Report all equipment problems and maintenance issues, known safety hazards, or unsafe practices and procedures to supervisor immediately
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of current guest services, activities, dining options,
  shops, local attractions, and historical information regarding Sea Island and the
  surrounding area to answer any questions guests may have to the best of one’s ability
