Job Description:

Housekeeper

work 6-7 days a week if needed from 9-4 (some days will start cleaning later) 12 rooms, 1 waterfront suite – Clean rooms, bathrooms, make beds, vacuum floors, mop floors
Other hotel duties:

• Hotel Laundry – a couple of days a week
• Sweeping, mopping and vacuuming common areas
• Cleaning 2 customer bathrooms located in lobby
• Sweeping outside patio, deck area
• Cleaning outdoor tables & chairs
• Watering flowers & plants, raking grass & pulling weeds in garden if needed

Retail Ice Cream Shop

work 6 -7 days a week from 12-5 (or after hotel rooms are clean) This position will be shared with another person. Most of the time 1 person will be working unless it gets busy and then we will have the 2nd person help out.

• Take orders from customers – Requires good customer service – acknowledge each customer, smile
• Scoop Ice Cream for cones or bowls
• Dip Ice Cream Bars in Chocolate and roll in toppings
• Dip frozen bananas in chocolate and roll in nuts

Catering events – Work as needed
-Prep food items
-Dishwashing and cleaning kitchen area as needed
