- Welcome and orient guests, providing a friendly and professional first impression
- Lead guided tours, sharing accurate and engaging information about the site, history, or attractions
- Answer guest questions clearly and confidently
Server:
- Greet guests promptly and provide attentive customer service
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen/bar
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining presentation standards
