JOB DUTIES:

• Greet all guests as soon as they enter the restaurant.
•  If dining-in escort guests to an open table.
• Introduce yourself and ask about drinks.
• Bring drinks to the table and see if they are ready to order.
• When taking an order ask if will be family style. Ask If would like any appetizers. Finish taking order!
• Key-in order for kitchen keeping in mind the time length for appetizers.  (delaying main course if needed).

– 5-minutes for Crab Rangoon & Deep-Fried Dumplings

– 10-minutes for Deep-Fried Spring Rolls, Steamed Dumplings, Crispy Tofu, Fresh Basil Rolls, Chicken Satay & Lettuce Wraps.

– 10-15-minutes for Veggie Tempura & Shrimp Tempura.

• Bring dinnerware to the table (plates for family style, appetizer plates, silverware, napkins).
• Be aware and watch for appetizers to get out before the
  main course. (for lunch serve soup first before the main course).
• Serve the main course and check that everyone received what was ordered.
• When the main course of a table’s order starts coming up, wait until all that order is finished before taking out to the table.
• Check on your tables that everything is okay and to their liking. Refill water and clear plates when needed.
• Make sure you enter the appropriate table number and number of guests when keying the order into the POS system.
• All parties of 6 or more will automatically be charged a 18% service fee and must be highlighted on the final bill when presented to the table.
