Job Overview

Operations Associates primary focus is to process shipments, prepare and setup the shop, complete cycle counts, and merchandise items for the sales floor, while ensuring our guests have a memorable experience. Back Stage Associates are also required to provide exceptional guest service while filling in for Guest Experience Associates on the retail floor they will be required to provide exceptional guest service

• Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to communicate and share information with diverse groups of customers and peers
• Resourceful self-starter, works well independently as well as part of a team, and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
• Ability to comply with all company policies and procedures, including safety, food handling, Quality, Loss Prevention and Emergency procedures
• Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays
