Job Description

  • Food Preparation: Wash, peel, chop, and slice vegetables, meats, and aromatic ingredients.
  • Station Setup: Portion ingredients, prepare noodles, and arrange stock for the line cooks before service.
  • Appetizer Execution: Assist in preparing simple appetizers, basic stir-fries, and assembling noodle broth bases.
  • Cleanliness & Sanitation: Maintain a clean workstation, wash dishes or kitchen utensils as needed, and follow food safety standards.
  • Inventory Control: Monitor ingredient freshness and assist in unpacking and organizing food deliveries

Requirements & Physical Demands

  • Language: Intermediate English conversational skills to follow recipes and safety instructions.
  • Physical: Ability to stand for long periods (up to 8 hours) and lift kitchen boxes up to 30 lbs (14 kg).
  • Attitude: A strong team-player mindset, positive attitude, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
