Front of House / Servers

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival.
• Present menus, take orders accurately, and answer questions about food and beverage offerings.
• Deliver food and drinks in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, tables, and service stations.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal and promptly resolve any issues.
• Process payments accurately and handle cash/credit transactions.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
• Follow all restaurant policies, health, and safety regulations.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned.

Job requirement :

• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred, but not required (training provided).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional, friendly, and team-oriented attitude.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods.

Back of House (BOH) / Servers

Job description: The Back of House team supports daily kitchen operations to ensure fast, clean, and efficient food service. This role includes basic food prep, cooking assistance,
dishwashing, and maintaining overall cleanliness in the kitchen and restrooms. BOH staff help keep stations organized, follow food safety guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Keep kitchen and workstations clean and sanitized.
• Prep ingredients and maintain stocked stations.
• Cook and plate dishes to standard.
• Store, label, and rotate food properly.
• Wash dishes and keep dish area clean.
• Clean and restock restrooms
• Clean and maintain kitchen & restroom floor.
• Follow all safety, hygiene, and equipment procedures
• Assist with deliveries and inventory
• Coordinate with FOH for smooth service

Job requirement

• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Able to lift up to 30–40 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Willingness to learn kitchen prep, cooking, and cleaning tasks.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions.
• Team-oriented with good communication skills.
• Flexibility to work in a pressure environment.
