Front of the House Staff (FOH)

Front of the House Staff members primarily work in customer-facing areas of the restaurant. Responsibilities may include greeting and seating guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, handling takeout orders, answering customer questions, clearing and resetting tables, and keeping the dining and service areas clean and organized, answer menu questions, handle complaints, and collaborate with kitchen and all staff.

Employees should be friendly, attentive, and comfortable communicating with customers in English. Duties may vary depending on the restaurant’s operational needs.
